In this stressful and unusual situation victims of criminal offences will find examples of possible courses of action and access to various assistance and support.
In emergencies you can always dial the emergency numbers 110 or 112. Under the telephone number 110 you will immediately reach the nearest Police Station. Under the European emergency number 112, you will reach the Fire Brigade and Emergency Medical Services/Emergency Doctor.
Hearing and speech impaired persons can contact the relevant responsible Police Station directly under the emergency fax number 110.
The Victims ombudsman of the State Government of Baden-Württemberg and his office support and advise victims, those affected and their relatives in the event of terrorist attacks, rampages and major incidents from the beginning of the acute phase to the end of the aftercare phase. Victims ombudsman and central contact point also act as guides for victims of general criminal offenses and act as contact persons and coordination points for victim support organizations.
