If you have decided to set up your own company, you should never do without solid planning. It could prevent you from making many mistakes. You will be successful above all if you have thought your business through and planned it carefully. A good business idea and its implementation are the prerequisites for any successful business. On the following pages, we will inform you of important topics which you should take account of during the planning phase.

Extensive and individual counselling and information before setting up the business is essential. Counselling eliminates information deficits which could result in serious problems in the implementation phase.
